History
KaMhlushwa Primary School was established in March 2008 by MS. X.M Ntuli (Former Circuit Manager and the Department Of Education)
The school started to operate in 2008 at Hoechst primary school.
Learners and educators were not separated from each school. Both schools shared the same resources and had one budget. In 2009 the school separated their operation but shared the timetable. The school experienced a lot of challenges with regard to resources e.g.
- Lack of teaching resources.
- Lack of learner’s furniture.
- Media teaching devices.
The weather has also played its part. The mobile (prefabs) classes are very hot. There are no air coolers. The school has however emerged as one of the best run and performing school. Programmes to upgrade teacher performance have become our tradition.
